To start, file and finalize your uncontested or agreed legal separation with children, you and your spouse will need to agree:

1. How your separate and community property will be divided.

2. How your separate and community debts will be divided.

3. Whether or not one spouse will pay maintenance to the other.

4. Who will pay child support.

5. How much child support will be paid.

6. The day of the month the payment will be due.

7. How it will be paid - either directly to the spouse or through DCS.

8. Who will provide healthcare insurance for your children.

9. Create a Parenting Plan for your children.

Once you know this information, you are ready to start the Questionnaire. When you are ready, click the Order Now button.
