The information you provide to us will not be used for any purpose other than to complete your divorce or legal separation forms or to contact you with any questions during the process.

Your private, personal information will not be shared or provided to anyone outside WashingtonDivorce Service.com.

We will not sell or give your confidential information to any other person or agency unless court ordered to do so.

CONFIDENTIALITY

As experienced family law paralegals, we understand confidentiality. Your case will not be discussed with anyone outside of our office.

For your further protection, your information is not stored in a database. That's why there is no logon procedure. Once you complete the questionnaire, the information is forwarded to us so that we can prepare your documents, and the information is only used to complete your document package.

Unless you request otherwise, the documents created for your divorce will be kept on our system for six (6) months and then deleted from our server.

Any documents printed to assist in the preparation of your divorce forms will either be (1) shredded, (2) burned, or (3) shredded and burned.
